Subject: Format not acceptable
Just my 2p on 'Daisy format' and the likes: I'm pretty sure I can download the necessary app in minutes - Or, heck, it's a zip file and contains html so I can open it in my browser. But this is not how you present a book anno 2014. There are no doubt ways (tools) to turn all your daisy formats into pdf's at once.

Subject: how the heck do you open this book?!
It's in DAISY format, which is challenging enough, but on top of that when I finally did get a reader installed capable of opening it, it says the book can only be opened on authorized devices. Huh?
